What was Ben Affleck's arm training routine?
Ben Affleck is an American actor and filmmaker. He started his career as a child actor.
Ben has done many movies. He appeared in Dazed and confused, In Love, Hollywoodland, The Town, Argo, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad.
He decided to build his muscles in order to act some roles especially the Batman role. He has a great physique and 17 inch biceps.
Ben Affleck performs his arms workout for one hours twice every week. He performs 3-4 sets per exercise with good form keeping the rep range between 6-8 reps.
Ben likes to switch things up every week by doing forced reps, partial reps and super-sets to avoid plateau.
Alternate biceps curls(warm up)
Concentration curls - 3 sets, 8 reps
Cable curls - 4 sets, 6 reps
Hammer curls - 4 sets, 8 reps
Close grip bench press - 3 sets, 8 reps
Dips - 4 sets to failure
Triceps pushdown - 3 sets, 8 reps
One arm dumbbell triceps extension - 3 sets, 6 reps
Diamond pushups - 3 sets to failure
