What was Will Smith's arm training routine?
Will Smith is an actor we all know but what we do not know is how much effort he has put into changing his body for the many different movies that he continues to make. Standing 6 foot 2 inches tall he trains on a regular basis and has got his bodyweight as high as 210.
Will stands 6 feet, 2 Inches tall and has a 43 inch chest with a 33 inch waist with 16 inch arms. When he gets his body-fat below 7.5% he looks fantastic.
He did not start off that muscular but he was extremely fit with relatively low muscle mass and low body-fat. Since then however he has trained hard to add a lot more muscle for his movies like Ali, I Robot, I Am Legend, etc.
Training hard 5 days a week Will was in perfect condition for his latest movie all from training on a regular basis and eating correctly which is now a way of life for Will Smith.
Besides running 5 miles every day Will trains one or two body-parts a day at his gym as well, so you can see how and how he keeps himself in such good shape.
For biceps he does:
Barbell Curl - 3 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Curl - 3 sets of 10 reps
Reverse Cable Curl - 3 sets of 10 reps
And for triceps:
Tricep Dip Machine - 3 sets of 8 reps
Standing Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 3 sets of 8 reps
V-Bar Tricep Pushdown - 3 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Kickback - 3 sets of 10 reps
